Berlvis Credentials.

Berlvis Credentials is a bulk ID card and certificate issuing system designed for organisations that regularly produce credentials from structured records. The project addresses a common operational problem: schools, training centres, churches, associations, businesses, and printing shops often keep member or student information in spreadsheets but create each ID card or certificate manually. This process is slow, repetitive, and vulnerable to avoidable errors. I planned Berlvis Credentials as a bridge between spreadsheet records and professional, print-ready credentials. Users can prepare a reusable design, import records from an Excel or CSV file, map spreadsheet columns to the correct fields, connect photographs, review each entry, and generate an organised batch of credentials. The system is designed to support ID cards, certificates, badges, membership credentials, and similar repeated documents. The product also explores QR-based verification, reusable brand assets, batch review, organised exports, and public verification pages that help recipients and third parties confirm whether a credential is valid. Berlvis Credentials demonstrates my ability to translate a repetitive manual process into a structured digital workflow that can save organisations time, reduce errors, and make large credential projects easier to manage.
