THE STUDIO GUARANTEE

    Fixed scope. Fixed fee.
    Weekly demos.

This is the contract behind every project the studio takes on. No surprises, no creeping budgets, no missing deadlines.

    The promise, in one paragraph

We agree the scope and the fee before a contract is signed. You see a working demo every Friday. We launch on the agreed date — or you don't pay the final invoice. That's it.

    Fixed scope, fixed fee

We agree exactly what we're building and how much it costs, before a single contract is signed. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices for 'extra rounds'.

    Weekly working demo

Every Friday you get a live URL and a Loom. Real progress on real pages. You catch problems in week 2, not week 8.

    Work directly with Elvis

You work directly with me from strategy to launch, not through layers of agency handoff.

    50 / 50 payment, Naira or USD

50% to start, 50% on launch. Naira via Paystack / bank transfer. USD via Wise or wire. Escrow on request for first-time clients.

If we miss the launch date

If we miss the agreed launch date for reasons inside our control, you don't pay the final invoice. The work you've seen so far is yours to keep.

    You own everything

Code, design files, brand assets, domain, hosting accounts — all in your name from day one. No vendor lock-in. Cancel us at any time and your site keeps running.

    WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

    The guarantee runs both ways.

For the studio to ship on time, we need decisions, content, and feedback inside the agreed windows. Here's what that looks like in practice.

    • A single decision-maker on your side for the duration of the project.
    • Brand assets, copy inputs, and stakeholder feedback delivered inside agreed deadlines.
    • Feedback in one consolidated round per stage, not drip-fed over weeks.
    • Payments on the agreed dates so we can keep our calendar honest for everyone.

    Ready when you are.

Tell me what you are trying to build. If the fit is right, we will clarify the scope, responsibilities, fee, and delivery plan before work starts.
