My work sits between strategy, design, and implementation. I care about how a business is understood online, how users move through a system, and how a digital product earns trust before asking people to take action.

Business thinking comes before decoration. The audience, offer, trust gaps, proof, and conversion path are clarified before visual treatments are chosen. Product work also brings practical experience with user roles, records, permissions, payments, edge cases, and support into website decisions.
