Project description
The Nigerian real estate market suffers from a structural trust and liquidity crisis. There is no secure, digitized operational layer for rentals or sales — agents control listings, deposits go missing, and tenants have no recourse.
A role-based admin portal and consumer frontend with automated escrow logic, biometric KYC, identity verification, and strict database security policies. Built solo, end to end, on a serverless edge network.
A Swiss-bank aesthetic platform handling zero-agent rentals. Sub-second global load times, automated SEO schema, and a security architecture I would happily walk an investor through.
