Berlvis Spaces is a property operating system designed around the relationship between landlords and tenants.
The project began with a simple problem: important rental information is often scattered across bank transfers, WhatsApp messages, handwritten notes, receipts, and memory. This makes basic questions about rent, coverage periods, renewals, and tenancy records difficult to answer.
I planned, designed, and developed Berlvis Spaces as a structured operational layer for rental management. The platform connects properties, individual spaces, tenants, tenancies, confirmed rent payments, rental coverage periods, renewals, receipts, and supporting documents in one clear record.
The system includes landlord and tenant experiences, controlled property-manager access, tenancy invitations, payment confirmation workflows, annual rent composition, receipt generation, public receipt verification, renewal tracking, and role-based administration.
A major part of the work involved designing the financial and database architecture. Payment effects are recorded consistently, rent components are preserved as immutable snapshots, receipts are verifiable without exposing private information, and sensitive actions are protected through authorization rules and database-level security policies.
Berlvis Spaces demonstrates my ability to take a complex, real-world problem from product strategy and workflow planning through interface design, database architecture, security, testing, and production development.
